What's on my mind?

If you're the director in the movie of your life and you don't like what you see, you have just one job: change it.

Waiting for the perfect moment is like allowing dust to paint your artwork while watching sadly that it's not what you want.

Every day you delay sending that application, reaching out to that recruiter, or learning that new skill, you're quietly voting for our current reality to continue.

You don't have to be totally ready. But move regardless.

The future has a funny way of rewarding people who move before they feel completely ready.

Steve Jobs started Apple as a broke college dropout from a garage.

J.K. Rowling started writing Harry Potter as a jobless single mother surviving on state welfare.

Odunayo Eweniyi started PiggyVest as a fresh university graduate with zero traditional banking experience.

So if you move even when you feel like a fraud, you're in good company.

Maybe that's why one of my favourite moments from last Saturday's Action Day was watching them begin, choosing progress over perfection.

You don't have to do the biggest things first. But choose a step, and move. Remember:

Audacity beats intelligence every time.

And it's a wrap for this week. See you at the next one πŸ‘‹
